      Pros

      Fast growing company with a lot of potential, if they could learn to focus more on employee satisfaction. Fun environment to begin with.

      Cons

      Will probably trend themselves out in 10 years. They have a very poor business plan. I would not go back to work for them. They dont invest much into training either.

      Flexibility, great community, growth opportunities, supportive executives

      Nothing about the business. Liquidation and closure of the brand was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.

      there are none, they suck

      management... almost two years with no review and no raise. this was a district directive. very mean girl TOXIC, ego centric coming down from upper management. poorly run on all levels. we know that a company that is run like that, will fail! lol they are now out of business
