Pros
discounts on jewelry/clothing is basically the only pro. however, you constantly have daily deals where the customer deal is the same or even better than employee discount
Cons
management lacks common sense. often asks employees to skip class to work instead. doesn't understand what a real job is like. this is basically for high schoolers only, i don't see how anyone else would have a tolerance for it. they put the schedule up last minute and sometimes even change the schedule the day of the shift they want to change. extremely disorganized and inconsiderate, as well as unfair.
