Pros
Great discount for Boutique Managers. Merchandising decisions are pretty much up to you. You have a small staff, so you all get to know each other really well. Good insurance.
Cons
No room for advancement after Boutique Manager. The company says they pay competitively but they really do not. You very rarely can ever take a whole weekend off (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) unless you take it as a whole week of PTO. Upper management is always saying how you should at least be working 45 hours a week. That extra 5 hours every week adds up to a lot of hours you end up working but not really get paid for.
