Cons
I could make a checklist of everything that has happened in the ONE YEAR I worked there. But let's go back to last few months. My District (34 south of Boston & Rhode Island) Had FINALLY got a district Manager and within the last few months, she basically fired EVERYONE, Promoted nobody that she didn't fire, then "referring" Over THIRTY people from her old company Bath and body works so basically poaching. Now most of these people have never been a manager in their life, but she thought, ok I'll make you an assistant/manager of a store and pay you more than what current managers & assistant managers are making. So she is giving all these new people more money just because she knows them when more deserving people who have been with the company much longer get pushed to the side and ignored. then having current managers train these newbies, then have themselves let go. She is also a bully, Judging then current employees based on tattoos( SHE HATES TATTOOS), how they dress, sexual orientation, etc. Saying they weren't the "Francesca's material". she also is disregarding company policies and sharing the wrong information with new employees so then they only go by what she says. Everyone she has hired is basically an idiot and carbon copy of this woman. It's said to say that my whole store of 6 people no longer work there all within 2 months. End Note, employees basically get no rewards for all their hard work actually making company sales goal. The last month I hated coming into work, and you never want to feel that way!
