Good Place - Needs Improvement
Pros
1. Relaxed environment for the most part. I've worked in very hectic environments and as long as you are checking on the runs it's very easy. 2. 30-Min Breaks!: This is something several businesses seem to lack nowadays even though it should be the bare minimum. 3. Dress as you want: No dress code allows for more unique expression which is something I want to see in every clothing store.
Cons
1. Little opportunities for stylists. These are the most basic positions of the store and yet they end up being overlooked and under scheduled. 2. Brand is out of touch with its target demographic. I've had many people walk out in favor of other stores with fashions more in line with trends popular with younger groups. Prices for the dresses are also obscenely high for the quality and designs many of which being just color differences of the same dress pattern. 3. Hours: If you are a stylist prepare to have the most inconsistent hours ever. This is a good position for those who are looking to step foot into retail but not one with a lot of longevity.
