      was forced to run the store for 13$ an hour

      the only good part was the employee discount

      Cons

      the company refused to pay me more than $13 an hour and would not bump my title up to assistant manager even though I was the assistant manager and worked EVERY DAY. The store had 4 employees and only 2 managers (one being me the other being the boutique lead), so one of us had to open, and the other had to close. I got paid the absolute bare minimum even though the store would’ve fallen apart without me.

      Good work culture, constructive feedback, mostly pleasant and loyal guests, safe work environment, progressive company.

      Cons

      Poor upper-management, lack of communication/direction for floorsets, lack of consistency in promotion changes and overall operational factors, insufficient pay, no commision.

      -The assistant manager was amazing -loved working with fashion and helping customers find cute outfits -employee discount was nice

      -manager was too emotional and slammed doors, cried, and screamed in front of customers - The commute wasn't worth the pay
