The customers hands down!! When you do what you love - you love what you do! If I help at least one customer each day I feel I did something to better some one else's day! Your staff when you finally get a good one they are the ones that help you on the hardest of your days! We get in a ton of new things daily which makes it something like Christmas you don't ever know hat you are going to get. 50% OFF is a plus! Store managers are a great support for one another!

Cons

Allocated payroll hour are a joke! So you will go well over 42 hours a week! (all the time!!) and don't even think about punching 39 hours!! Upper management - you should be prepared to get next to nothing of feed back unless you miss plan for the month! Sale goals are outrageous at times, bonus not that great! Product knowledge, when giving to you it's late! Skin or swim company

no room to grow, ppl thought asst manager position was worth fighting over( so not), corporate could be disorganized, and some of the other store managers were totally inept.
