Pros

After being a Cabin Manager and working as an assessor for new crew for many years I had 2 children and I couldn't continue in the role but have now adapted to a new part time role. The opportunities available to you once here are endless. I didn't want to leave the company as the passion I still have and the working relationships formed here are irreplaceable.

Cons

There are always hard times within a company and easyJet definitely have them. Its a demanding high paced place to work but worth it.

Pros

Quick command, good staff investment schemes, loyalty bonus. Part time options if you have mitigating circumstances. They are fair and will listen to you if you need help on personal issues. Never had issues with reclaiming expenses I have accrued.

Cons

You will be worked to within an inch of your life. Don't expect to be at home every night, you will cover the network as necessary. You cannot make any plans in your working block as it's likely to change at short notice. Expect to be spoken to like you are a child. If someone makes a mistake every is treated as though they are also a threat. Leave is great as life no as you like taking it in winter.

Pros

The people are passionate about the business and the business is passionate about its people. A massive pro is that even though it's a successful FTSE100 company, it's also fun!

Cons

It's fast-paced, but if you get bored easily it's perfect! Plus if you need a break you can always pop to the canteen for a game of table football!
