-Unique days that are never the same -Good salary and training is fun and informative -Great staff travel perks that you and friends and family a chance to see the world for very little -Interesting people -Experiencing different cultures daily -Pension scheme -Sharing in success with share scheme -Stopping over in great hotels in great european destinations -Friends for life -Valued input -Recognition and gifts -Incredible benefits

Cons

-unusual hours -very energy sapping (as all flying is) -seasonally very busy (summer is tough) -disruption (nature of all airline work)

Pros

As a pilot of 25 years I've worked for Easyjet for 10 years. The route structure is varied and interesting, the training provided is excellent and to a very high standard. The aircraft are relatively new and carry very few defects. The management team are approachable and at Easyjet there is an open philosophy and no blame culture which encourages feedback and ultimately makes for a safer environment to work.

Cons

Some roster instability, shift work can be demanding and some of the days are very long.

Pros

Fantastic Team support, amazing benefits for staff, which include Staff travel rates on flights and discounts on lots of products including gym memberships. They are also very good at letting staff know what their options for growth within the company are, including workshop days.

Cons

Some very challenging working hours - long days. With so many staff at one base, it is sometimes very difficult to build relationships with seniors.
