Pros

exceptionally friendly people, challenging work and opportunities to develop through the work that you do as you learn so much on a daily basis. Compensation is competitive and as long as you are motivated, you can get involved in lots of exciting work.

Cons

Its hard work working at easyJet and you have to be fairly resilient to keep the pace. Its still growing up and as a result the infrastructure is being changed to support a FTSE100 company so there is a lot to do and not always enough people. For the right people, this is a brilliant opportunity.

Great atmosphere and really great people, very vibrant in the office with a strong work hard/play hard ethos. Great opportunities to grow, good chances to move onwards and strong support from my managers for training and personal development.

Cons

Hard work, significant management changes since I left,

Pros

The company is very flexible, also the company is always trying to improve, make a better place for us to work. Whenever you do something right they acknowledge it and praise you for it. So they really make you feel valuable.

Cons

sometimes we get last minute changes on the roster on days that we were already planned to do some duties. I am not talking about standby days, but rostered flights. For example Sometimes I have on my roster a planned trip somewhere far and I can calculate my earning for that day, and then suddenly out of nowhere and for non given reason that trip gets changed into a standby (for which you don't earn nothing) or into a shorter trip, so in that case you loose money. and that I really don't like.
