Pros

decent salary, great colleagues, team work, opportunities to grow, fantastic scheduled network, young work place, fast paced business

Cons

terrible cabin service management, no respect for cabin crew treated like numbers, bad contract, reason for many crew strikes all over europe. Poor customer service

Pros

The company is very fast paced but this means they are innovators at what they do and how they do it, including adapting to everyone's individual working style. They provide great travel benefits both with easyJet and other companies within the industry.

Cons

In such a low cost company you can't expect much in terms of added extras. The head office is basic and somewhat cramped with small desks and a lack of meeting rooms and relaxation space.

Pros

Everyone is eager to listen,learn and accept ownership. Rather than identify a problem and pass it on, EasyJet people present it with a possible solution.

Cons

We always have to achieve good customer satisfaction results which is like trying to walk on shifting sands. A challenging week in October doesn't have the same impact as Christmas week.
