Great company to work for, but easy to get stuck in a rut.

Great pay for industry, free shares, staff travel, working with some great people on a daily basis.

Cons

Shift work (it's definitely a lifestyle choice!), days are getting longer, staff travel isn't always available, promotion within is very difficult to get and is rarely a full-time position, all new recruits are now flexi-roster, poor communication from management, more and more things to do within strict time restrictions, loyalty to the company means nothing.

Great atmosphere and really great people, very vibrant in the office with a strong work hard/play hard ethos. Great opportunities to grow, good chances to move onwards and strong support from my managers for training and personal development.

Excellent Colleagues. Crew are some of the best and most experienced. Good Benefits.

Cons

Inexperienced Higher Managers. Crew Managers. They're unable to keep an overview of their bases, so resort to bullying and intimidation. Managers are condescending, rude and somehow it's all in the interest to help you.
