Pros

there are many things that make this company better than others. for a start there are good measures in place to ensure that your well being is looked after such as fatigue reports if nessecary, people to talk to that are always available if you have a problem or question with anything at work. every body is very friendly. i find myself wanting to go to work everyday, i dont really see it as going to work its more of doing good deeds and meeting new people having a good day and doing what you can for people whilst keeping them safe and happy, getting paid is just a bonus for me.

Cons

there are always cons to anything in the world , we all want to get paid more and work less but thats un realistic. id like to have healthier options to crew food and see more change, it has got better in the year that ive been there and i know that they are still working on it. i enjoy the fact that we actually get fed whilst on board as some companies dont even do that.

Pros

- Better conditions compared to Ryanair - Bottled water provided

Cons

- At time a Lack of sense of humanity at all managerial level - In-Flight rubbish is collected in bags that during cruise are stored at the rear galley under cabin crew seats, the same seat you will be having your meal. One of the cabin crew seat is right next the toilet too. So you get to eat in between the passengers rubbish and toilet !!! - Food options provided by the airline could be much healthier - In general it felt difficult to cultivate genuine work relationships - The airline doesn't take into consideration where you live (central London in my case) so even if you get the legal minimum 11 hours between flights in the end you may rest only for 5 hours or less at times, making your sense of alertness sensibly reduced on your next shift. This could negatively affect safe & security of your next flight - Delays are not paid - A 3 hours flight is paid the same as a 6 hours flight (or at least it used to) - Too short turn arounds - Travel discounts are / used to be a joke, a real joke
