Cons

Poor senior management screening means that narcissists slip through the next and create pockets of toxicity. HR failure to deal with the situations despite being reported. Turnover of staff is huge and creates continuity and stability issues. Good staff are overlooked in favour of those that are able to spin a good narrative or are part of a clique.
