There is an ever widening gap between the higher and lower paid, the company has shown little interest In matching what other airlines are offering and have yet to even offer anything close to inflation so effectively everyone is worse off than before the pandemic

Where do I start? All the new joiners (and older crew) were promised a 1k bonus if they worked until October 2022 as a “thank you” gift. Guess what? They’ve been dismissing all the new crew that were sick 3 times during their employment. They are using the excuse “your sicknesses are unsustainable to the business” and they fire you. Pretty funny that they did this to loads of crew right before October. New Crew that was fortunate enough to not have been sick at all, are being told that they will not get the 1k bonus unless they’ve worked for a certain amount of months…Shouldn’t a serious, big employer have said that BEFORE they tried to “lure” everyone by saying that ALL the employees will get it? Big joke… Shame on all the managers that will lie to you, lie about you and laugh to your face!
