Pros

There are no pros. No staff travels. No respect at all from your management

Cons

Everything. Work for someone else if you can. Don't get excited about the money. In my country we say "not everything that shines is gold" you sweat your ... off for every cent. And one thing about this "airline": they give you for granted.

Dynamic Job, Skilled trainers, get to meet a lot of people

Cons

Unhealthy job, unhealthy working environment, VERY DIRTY planes, unhygienic in all ways, shifts are a massacre, no support at all by the company

Pros

Great staff travel benefits and exposure to great networking opportunities. The bonus scheme is also great.

Cons

Sometimes middle management can be old fashioned and only include select few in their circle. This can be detrimental to keep talent in the company. Many people left because of this.
