Good pay compared to other low corst airlines Lots of vacations which, combined with days off, means you can get long vacation blocks Very nice working environment (colleagues)

Working very hard, many hours a day, too many days in a row Line mangement is not supportive nor knoledgeable Conditions are worsening every year
