The atmosphere at work was always very good and the colleagues are very friendly. I never had a problem with a colleague at work. At the end of each flight, there is a de-briefing where everything is discussed. Good salary and flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule to your personal life. easyJet is an airline that supports diversity and employs people regardless of gender and sexual orientation. One of our lovely colleagues in Hamburg was trans and that was never a problem neither for the company nor for us as her colleagues. In such a company you will always feel welcome thanks to its values and the flat hierarchy on board. I just left the company because they closed the base in Hamburg, otherwise, I would still be on board with my colleagues rocking the European skies. 10/10 employer!

None. When you have a problem there is always somebody who is there to listen to your concerns and to help you.
