Cons

Goodbye to Orange Spirit since new management. Employees don't count anymore. It's basically a new Ryanair.

Was once an enjoyable company to work for. Now we are short staffed, worked to the maximum and earning less than other companies. No bonuses and pay freeze. poor management styles

Pros

Lots of free time, opportunity to learn, staff benefits, food while working, working hours are not bad.

Cons

you can literally work the whole summer with little rest, a lot of stand by hours, being called to work at any moment, very exhausting sometimes due to long shifts and overnights.
