Pros

Money was good. Team spirit with colleagues at the same grade and below was good.

Cons

Upper management political games and infighting was wasteful to progress. Testosterone and narcissism made for pointless in-fighting among directors. Staff called out publicly for errors with little support. High pressure on individuals without support, despite cutbacks. Bullying behaviours went unchecked, even after reports to the directorate and HR.

Pros

Easyjet was exceptional when I was employed with them. Good time off, salary, staff travel and other benefits such as pensions.

Cons

Unfortunately due to overwork base managers often did not realise the severity of issues affecting their crew, however if you are open with them they will do all possible to help you.
