Pros

The Aviation industry is fascinating, and there's a lot to learn about the operations at easyJet. Colleagues are kind and passionate about aviation. Discounts on certain flights are very good.

Cons

It's a budget airline so most perks (other than discounts) are fairly standard.

Diversity, recent aircrafts, passengers, nice base

Cons

Salary is too low considering the cost of leaving in the Netherlands, Dutch crew don’t like foreigners, duty times right at the limit of what’s allowable, fatigued crew.
