A great place to work - very welcoming to new starters and set up with everything you need. The team spirit and collaboration is great, always supported by my seniors, learning lots of new data analytical skills, and always allowed to expand my skill set in order to help tell a compelling narrative with data. Great atmosphere and environment to work. Lots of positive work being done on DEI which is always great to hear about. A fun environment to work, and chances to progress.

Cons

Switched from 2 days in the office per week to 3 days - this tilts the life/work balance towards work.
