      Pros

      The Aviation industry is fascinating, and there's a lot to learn about the operations at easyJet. Colleagues are kind and passionate about aviation. Discounts on certain flights are very good.

      Cons

      It's a budget airline so most perks (other than discounts) are fairly standard.

      A great company

      Pros

      1. Everyone is very encouraging and supportive. 2. Good salary and benefits (including staff travels). 3. Teams are designed in such a way that allows for decisions to be made within the teams but at the same time, there is always a direct link to the senior management team and the leaders of the company. 4. As a data analyst/scientist I get to work on many different projects, from designing a simple dashboard to the development of advanced machine learning models, which makes it a very exciting and dynamic place to be. Overall, if you would like to be a part of a supportive, innovative and dynamic organisation, I would recommend easyJet.
