Online platform is awesome!! So much support at your fingertips. No more waiting for brokers to come back to the office or to help you with a transaction, there is always a broker there to support you. Training is incredible and the mentor program rocks!!

Cons

You may not have brick and mortar, but if you align yourself with the right group/mentor, you will.
