Too many to list, stocks, rev share, kvcore, 50+ hours of training, amazing culture, amazing support staff, amazing management, rev share, an array of tools nobody else has, and i am so happy to be part of this!

Cons

The shared office space is entirely located downtown core... i live in the suburb so it's annoying driving to downtown anytime i want to have an office

Flexibility, multiple income streams, truly agent owned, technology, support, innovation, CULTURE!

Cons

If you're not tech savvy or self motivated then it may not be the right place, but if you're good with those two things this brokerage is unbelievable!
