      Losing touch with their core values

      Pros

      Opportunities if you’re willing to brown nose, join the boys club or work 7 days a week.

      Cons

      Lots of false promises. HR has been talking about boosting morale but they don’t have a clue. Their ideas seem to be those made up by people who have too much time on their hands while the implementers are working extreme hours daily just to keep up. We had layoffs (which was handled EXTREMELY poorly) and then they hire people and promote those who aren’t even putting in the work... and move others who aren’t even qualified into positions. It’s disheartening, discouraging and leaves many of us feeling taken advantage of. Overworked, under appreciated and many times leadership takes credit for what the little guys are doing.

      Things are changing. NOT for the better.

      Pros

      The only pro that I can think of is when eXp was a great place to work for. Like two years ago. Therefore, it doesn’t count. Things have changed and NOT for the better.

      Cons

      I’m not quite sure how eXp has gotten on the “best places to work” list this year. But it sure as heck has NOT been a great place to work for me and many others. eXp is basically running out of ways to “make money” so they’re hiring people they only have to pay pocket change to and FIRING the people who HELD this place together. I will NOT be surprised when they fire EVERYONE in the concierge department. Soon, agents will realize and LEAVE. Did you not think about that, management? Agents want to be taken care of by a person who loves this company. You are taking all of those people away. If you want to work here?? Take my advice. 1) Get ready to do a BUNCH of crap that IS NOT in your job description. 2) Get severely underpaid and under appreciated. 3) Be scared to lose your job. 4) Do NOT be open and honest with leadership, they are not to be trusted and WILL fire you for having your own opinions. 5) Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a job. This company is going downhill and all leadership cares about is flaunting how successful THEY are, meanwhile you’ll be the one working your tail off. This company is turning into a complete joke.

      Pros

      Company is all work from home.

      Cons

      They will hire and hire and hire then turn around and do huge layoffs with a simple explanation such as "company restructure due to current economy" even after being a dedicated employee for years and never having a bad remark against you and promoting while there.
