Growth model is solid but they have been unable to expand to high-margin services successfully.

Cons

Focus on multi-level marketing strategy for recruiting has enabled their fast growth but severely limits their net income. Operational leadership is pretty old school even though the ceo is visionary.

Pros

The Brokerage is online, so you can do most of your administration stuff in the comfort of your home or where you choose. Many of the resources you need are at your fingertips There are many training webinars and live classes you can take.

Cons

The mentorship program is very inconsistent. The monthly technology fee can get expensive if you aren't doing a lot of business and are trying to keep costs at a minimum when you're starting. There is not a lot of face-to-face with colleagues, as they are behind a computer screen. There is a lot of focus on increasing revenue share by bringing other agents on.
