Massive Layoffs, Increasing Benefit Costs, No Consistency

Initially eXp was an exciting company to work for as a realtor and a staff person. Growth and career expansion seemed limitless. Remote work in a virtual world was promising.

Cons

Constant restructuring, no consistency, unqualified managers, regional managers and more. Missing policies on racial harassment, unsubstantiated complaints and lack of overall leadership. Brought in flex team from overseas, eliminating jobs, 4-5 rounds of layoffs after stating they were complete.
