Great tech and systems. If you can be self taught and have discipline the resources are available.

Cons

Isolating if you’re not in a team or join a team office. Exp is a virtual company so your on your own if you don’t know how to run a business you ll be challenged

Pros

They give you a lot of training material and the agents work together well as there is a sense of community even with a cloud based brokerage. Their brokers are knowledgeable and supportive.

Cons

Their base CRM system they offer is not that great. It is included with the tech fees but it is more of a system that lets you store your leads rather than a system that helps you build your business
