Pros

They give you a lot of training material and the agents work together well as there is a sense of community even with a cloud based brokerage. Their brokers are knowledgeable and supportive.

Cons

Their base CRM system they offer is not that great. It is included with the tech fees but it is more of a system that lets you store your leads rather than a system that helps you build your business

Great company to work for. Remote work environment. Great commission split, low fees.

Cons

Nothing really, I had a great experience. If fully remote is not for you, I don’t recommend eXp.

Leadership is tone deaf Depending on the manager is how well your team will perform. It’s a hit or miss. Promises by leadership with raises for years and it doesn’t happen.
