Adequate pay, remote work, strong middle management, and a diverse company with good tech.

Cons

Virtual platform leaves a lot to be desired, accounting is a mess of a department and makes everyone miserable (staff and agents alike), the inappropriate/unprofessional staff members are able to get away with more because it's a virtual world, adequate pay is not enough for what is expected of admins. As the market has shifted, eXp has proven that it's just like every other company out there laying staff off in chunks that don't require reporting and gradually putting more and more on certain teams. In doing so, they replace other staffed positions with individuals from other countries so they can pay them less and not provide benefits.
