      - Get paid on time - Work from home

      Cons

      - The department I worked in was very cliquish. - Lots of gossip in EVERY department. - Questionable ethics by leadership and the people they partner with for referrals. - Not a stable company. They have multiple layoffs and they will use layoffs as an opportunity to unjustly fire people. - Lots of biases practiced in ALL departments and EVERY level of leadership. - Immature managers. They had no interest in discussing my ideas for improvements, progress on projects, or issues with workload. They prefer to use the 1:1s to complain about the workload or gossip. - Company lied about eNPS surveys being anonymous.

      I would say they have Great benefits.

      Cons

      I think the company is great but working in the HR department, They will not set forth any goals, expectations for you. I asked my first month and it was so lax that I never knew where I needed to be in my career path. They are HORRIBLE with communication. The most disorganized company I’ve worked for in YEARS! And I worked for a mom-pop shop that had better communication and transparency than this HR department.

      Remote culture that does not care about people or avatars

      Pros

      Remote environment. Great advancement opportunities for those who accept the toxic management

      Cons

      Has the potential to be a great company—but fake transparency, micromanagement, and cancel culture is real here. They will cut anyone’s head off as the first sign of opinions or calling attention to flaws and opportunity to improve. There is staff that has been there forever but is not qualified to be in their roles. Highly toxic work environment and I know so many of the favorable reviews are from people who are afraid to tell the truth.
