      Internal Employees are not valued at all!

      Pros

      Only pro is it is a remote company. However with that being said you do only get the standard lunch break and 2/ 15 minute breaks a day and you pretty much have to ask to go the the restroom.

      Cons

      Internal staff is not respected what so ever. Team leads run each department (with upper management totally disengaged). Most team leads are not qualified for their positions, yet are left to make all day to day decisions. They DO NOT value any opinions for improvements. It is basically sit in your chair and do as you are told and don't make any waves. No chance at advancement if your team lead doesn't like you, you will be blackballed. Definitely a toxic environment !

      Not worth it

      Remote environment, class pass, paid vision/dental insurance

      Cons

      Toxic, no transparency (except during earnings call), leaders are disrespectful via chat, pushes NPS survey but doesn't implement real change. No career path. Pay is low and benefits are standard.

      Work from home Great coworkers Paycheck until I find another job

      Cons

      Poor leadership Management has no clue of processes or procedures. Unlimited vacation is a joke. Very stressful work environment with management asking you to work very long hours and weekends. Be prepared to work 50 to 60 hours weekly. Pay is lacking
