Pros

Easy onboarding and industry training. Assigned mentor to help with first 3 transactions.

Cons

Fees are too high especially for new agents. Usually takes up to 18 months to make your first sale and can easily spend over $2000 on broker fees, MLS fees, and association fees. That doesn't incude money you will spend on your marketing lead generation, property adveritising, etc.
