      Great support staff, everything online so easily accessible, paid very quickly, good splits, capping program, opportunity for passive income

      Great for people who don't need hand holding

      Pros

      I really enjoy eXp and the models they have set up for their agents. It provides numerous ways for their agents to make money, and not just from directly selling homes. I have found that new agents don't do too well because they need more hands-on or in-person training. eXp is Cloud-based, which is a pro for me but a con for many others.

      Cons

      less of a team feel than other brokerages with physical offices
