Of course you gotta start with WORK FROM HOME! I love that eXp is a remote company and employees get to work from home/place of their choice! One would think this would cause 'lack of social interaction' however, it does not. With the virtual world, video meetings, chats, etc, you still feel contacted with your co-workers. Second, the benefits are really great! Health, dental, life, vision, etc. You can final afford to be sick. Third, the virtual trainings that are offered to not only the employees but also to the agents! Fourth, fast growing company means new positions and availability to move up the ladder! And finally, did I mention that I am working in my pajamas right now??

The founder and CEO, Glenn Sanford is a true visionary. With his massive success, he is still a down to earth individual who wants to bring everyone up, the culture at eXp is unparalleled. The resources available for agents is vast in their community. The pandemic never slowed them down, because they were already virtual.
