      Pros

      One of the best things about EXP is the revenue share program. You get compensated when the agents you've recruited close sales. Other brokerages do the same but typically it's only the managing broker benefitting from this. You can have an income coming in that is passive, this is unlike any other brokerage. Amazing training opportunities as well as coaching.

      Cons

      It can be lonely working from home and not constantly being surrounded by other agents that are doing the same work as you.

      Diversity and Inclusion, Collaboration, Incredible Network, Wonderful Referral Opportunities, Technology is State of the Art supporting agents nationwide and worldwide.

      Cons

      Watching stand-alone agents who may leave before they take the time to get connected to a team that can support them. The team culture is alive and well at eXp.

      Good company with room to grow

      Pros

      One of the most attractive things about eXp is their innovation in the real estate space. As the world continues to go more digital, they have a head start in offering leading edge technology for their agents and also clients. It's also cool that there are multiple ways to make money through eXp which include commissions, agent attraction & stock. You can focus on all of those or just one depending on your goals.

      Cons

      Unless you are apart of a team that is very collaborative, you can feel a bit on an island. There is eXp world that can be a helpful tool, but it's not the same as having a dedicated "manager" or "leader" who is checking in on you and who you can go to when things come up that you don't have an answer to.
