      Pros

      I have been with eXp for and love the vision Glenn has for expansion into other business segments. The stock awards have created a nice nest egg for me. No other brokerage that I know of offers this. There is so much training it is almost overwhelming. Literally agents share their ideas with others very freely. It's a collaborative environment.

      Cons

      I do feel out on an island at times because my team office is 45 minutes from my home.

      WARNING - MOST OF THE REVIEWS HERE ARE FROM AGENTS, NOT EMPLOYEES

      Pros

      - Excellent benefits package - Easy to schedule PTO - Co-workers are generally great people - Direct managers care a lot about team members' health and well-being - Regular pay raises and cost of living adjustments

      Cons

      - Benefits have decreased - Christmas bonuses have been halved, company branded merch gifts given instead - No opportunity for advancement or even lateral moves unless you can work Pacific business hours - Upper management cares mostly about agents, not at all about employees - After recent layoffs, morale is terrible, upper management knows but does not care
