I love the 100% work from home. The people are amazing, great compensation and health/dental coverages! Mental health and work life balance is super important. I'm blown away at the culture and how well employees are treated here!!!

Cons

If I HAD to name one thing it would be that the hiring process can take a little long, it took about 7 weeks from applying to start date but that might be normal!

I believe this company is ahead of it's time and is the way of the future.

Cons

I miss having a place to go. Regus are good offices but I just want to be around the culture involved with real estate.
