Pros

Company's DNA is very good- people respect each other, very polite and pleasant. There is a respect for personal constraints and high importance for work-life balance. A big sense of meaning since the company deals with aducation field that gives you a feeling of impact and strong beleif in the "product". Fully remote company- It gives me a lot of flexibility and ability to focus at work.
