I would say remote work, but that's pretty much.

Cons

This company does not fairly compensate employees, especially those from lower-cost labor markets like LATAM and Africa. Management consists mostly of long-time employees promoted internally, often lacking leadership experience. Salaries stagnate while upper management continues to receive raises and benefits. Employees are frequently misled about the company’s financial situation, and there is little transparency. If you are considering an offer, I strongly recommend exploring better opportunities with companies that genuinely value employees through fair compensation, not just words.
