Pros
The pay is good and the management usually stays off your back. You can work the hours you want, but overnight pays more. They may have lowered their pay since I've worked for them. Nice for part-time, but don't let them get dependent on you.
Cons
New management as of late 2013 does not back teachers like the previous management practices. Every complaint against your teaching style by a student and you'll get an email from the management saying you need to change it. All students think they have a better way to teach, but they really don't know unless they've taught anything to a large group themselves.
