as an Engineer, our working hours are very flexible, but at a cost , you can be pulled into work 24 hours. You have opportunities to switch to different departments. always learn some new technology.

The money is better than unemployment, but not by much. No respect for employees or customers.

Cons

john donahoe & the new plans for the company. Ebay was wonderful for the first 10 years I was there. Now customers are leaving faster than rats from a sinking ship & management hasn't a clue what to do to fix the problems which they created.
