Pros

The people are friendly. It can be stressful at times. There is often high volume on the weekend. Career Opportunites, Communication, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Morale, Recognition and Feedback, Senior Leadership, Work/Life Balance, and Fairness and Respect are all solid.

Cons

High Stress and raises aren't high enough.

Pros

The humanistic culture makes it a very pleasant place to work. I've never met so many nice people in all my life. People are good and all that. The business is very interesting and there are lots of challenging problems to solve and lots of data to throw against them. The people are smart and interesting. Work life balance isn't bad if you set boundaries.

Cons

The lack of long-term planning and frequent changes in direction spin the organization around like you wouldn't believe. This is still an immature company with immayure procosses. So much work is manual.

Pros

eBay used to be a great company with a very impressive mission and culture.

Cons

The biggest downside is having to get approval from 100 people before you do anything.
