Dear former colleague, We are glad that you are taking the time to give us feedback about your former position as an account executive. With flexible working models, part-time and working from home arrangements we want to support our colleagues in balancing their families and career in the way that suits them best. I am happy to see that you like the work with your colleagues and our offered work-life balance. Your critique is also very important for us, as we try to constantly improve at our company. Our culture expects everyone to be fair and for each person to treat others the way they want to be treated themselves. We can understand that there can be high expectations from management, but of course, they shouldn´t be overwhelming. I am delighted to hear that you feel comfortable in your working environment and experience your colleagues as supportive. However, you also list some negative points. I am sorry to see that you are not convinced with the work-life balance offers.
