      Ams Singapore is just heptagon , same old garbage in new package

      Pros

      Not sure about all departments but Test department in AMK and Wdlands is headed by most unqualified and political management . Hiring unqualified individuals who will not be a threat to managements lack of understanding , and everything done by vendor and customer . Office is just a hosting place for vendor and customer . No internal development of team .

      Cons

      Same as above , seen in a different way . Nothing can be learnt or developed by working here . Just a broker between customer and vendor . Any display of individual intelligence will make management give you bad appraisal to prevent u from growing in the company . Promotions will depend on ones race and nationality .

      Pros

      Comfortable offices and work environment. Mid-level employees and management are solid, respectable people.

      Cons

      Questionable management integrity. Lack of concern and care for employees. Management took away traditional 401k match and then used the employees own profit sharing to pay the match. Executive management in Austria treats American employees with disrespect. The company has become a churn of employees, with little job-security.

      #there isn't a dress code #if you don't mind stepping on your co workers toes you can make a lot of money

      Cons

      #bullying #racism #low base salary #the toilets don't have locks on them #management uses intimidation and will fire people at a whim
