      Apart from flexible working hour, i cant think any other Pro

      Cons

      Always finding way to cut headcount in all departments without reviewing the quality of work. To the management FTE saving is the first priority.

      Very lean headcount and some people are living with if it is no in my job scope, no way am I doing extras.
