      Overall nice place to work with indecisive management

      1. Colleagues are nice. 2. Management isn't too harsh on the people.

      Cons

      1. Management can be indecisive. 2. Management can and will do things only for "show" but does not benefit the company. 3. Being long time in the company, salary becomes not competitive in the market as the company do not do a market adjustment. A staff of 10 years can have a salary lower than someone who came in new and at the same level.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.

      great pay and benefits

      Pros

      pay, benefits, community, great supervisor, great overtime.

      Cons

      go tired of weekends, machines broke alot, they added more assets and it was hard to keep up with maintenance.
