      Pros

      Large company. Decent benefits. Tolerant of poor performers. Unless you are in a leadership position or believe in rocking the boat, you can survive/cruise/pass your time for a while.....

      Cons

      Organization does not respect talented and hard-working employees, even if they have spent long careers at the company. A large number of young and middle aged talented employees have left the company in the past few years. Unless you are from Germany the ooprtunities for global leadership positions are extremely rare.

      Flexible working time with WFH benefits

      System used is outdated, lack of decision making for module issue related, TMD is just a show off instructions from management as managers/HOD also not in a clear understanding. No career growth given by the management.
