Pros

Campus in Herzogenaurach is one of the best in the world. Excellent people. Discounts

Cons

Showing off is often more important than real work when you want to advance. Revenue maximisation instead of sustainability and people development. People get squeezed like lemons until there is little left. Work Life balancing became a night mare in the last years.

Pros

Great benefits- gym on site, subsidized, quality food. Fun environment.

Cons

adidas did not pay well when I worked for them. They were dismally behind their peers. I left and received a large pay increase when I moved to another industry. They also pretty clearly prefer younger employees. Depending on your role, the travel is frequent and trying, but a plus if you actually want to travel for work - I definitely did not.

Pros

(This is for the North American headquarters in Portland) * Company culture supports creativity and trying new things * Excellent benefits including employee stock program, on-site sports and fitness facilities, regular events and celebrations that all are encouraged to participate. * Great people who all strive to make a difference, including striving for diversity and inclusion.

Cons

* Typical corporate shenanigans * Executive leadership prioritizes profits over people * I experienced massive lack of communication between Germany and Portland. We were often treated as second-class citizens when we were actually leading the charge on product.
